Tabar Bergamot Gin: surprising mix of gin and 100% natural aromas

A new expression of taste and a tribute to tradition. Its citrus taste, with a long and intense finish that evolves in harmony with that of the other botanicas, reveals a taste of great complexity.
Like his older brother, Gin Tabar Bergamotto is a gin compound obtained from 9 carefully selected botanicals, but different from those of Gin Tabar, and with a long and meticulous working process. The formula includes, in addition to juniper berries, bergamot, coriander, angelica, bitter orange, chamomile, cardamom, sweet orange and rosemary.
The botanicals are processed separately by infusing them in alcohol, heating them to 60. C e, after they have remained in infusion for 3 days, distilling in discontinuous steel stills. The distillates are left to age in steel tanks for 3 months, so that the aromatic compounds are amalgamated, and then mixed together and with cereal alcohol. The product, brought to an alcohol by volume of 45% demineralized water, finally remains in aging for about 30 days in order to allow the aromatic refinement.
From this process depends so life a fresh and soft gin, result of a well balanced combination of different aromas. Its characteristic citrus note, given by bitter orange, sweet orange and, above all, bergamot, is in perfect balance with fresh and pleasantly pungent coriander and cardamom, with the balsamic notes of juniper and the botanical ones of angelica and chamomile and with the aromatic notes of rosemary.
