Modena, 29 July 2019.
Casoni Fabbricazione Liquori - among the most venerable of Italian distilleries - launches a new range of liqueurs “The Gibson edition - Savory Liqueurs” in three recipes: Amarotto, Wild Berries and Balsamic Vinegar, Figs & Cherries and Balsamic Vinegar. The range celebrates Company's geographical origins and is produced using natural and selected ingredients. Casoni has worked closely with Marian Beke - universally recognized as one of the best-known exponents of modern bartending - to develop this range.
And talking of local origins, it is no coincidence that the project was conceived in Modena, the city of Balsamic Vinegar — an ingredient already used by Casoni for its Vermouth Tomaso Agnini, one of the jewels-in-the-crown of its liqueur business. The three products in the Marian Beke range enjoy the hallmark of a perfect combination of tradition and innovation in the blend of classic liqueurs and sapid aromatic notes. Beke's imprint is evident and respects its key concept in its quest for distinctive flavours in every drink, hence the name 'Savoury Liqueurs'
The products are the result of the idea of innovating with classic liqueurs by allowing bartenders to bring their own particular 'twist' to the most popular cocktails or to add a savoury note to each cocktail:
The Casoni Company would like everyone to know that it is proud to be able to collaborate with figures of the importance of Beke. Furthermore, it would also like to announce that it will be presenting this range at forthcoming Ho.Re.Ca trade fairs such as the Roma Bar Show and the BCB in Berlin. The distribution of these three recipes will be through Casoni's current distribution channels.
