Ingredients:

2 cl Aperitivo 1814 Casoni
2 cl Bitter 1814 Casoni
2 cl Vermouth all’Aceto Balsamico di Modena Tomaso Agnini (with Balsamic Vinegar)
6 cl soda all’infuso di frutti di bosco (with forest fruits infusion)

  • Technique: mixing glass
  • Glass: low tumbler
  • Garnish: edible flowers, parmesan cheese and raspberries
  • Ice: ice ball with flower inside
  • Difficulty: high
